If your application is declined

Dues paid with an application that is later declined are refunded in full to the original payment method.

If you withdraw

You may withdraw an application at any time before a decision and request a full refund of dues paid.

After approval

Membership dues cover a full term. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future dues and ends member access at the end of the paid term. Partial-term refunds are considered case by case, such as relocation, medical hardship, or a chapter pausing operations.

Suspension for conduct or safety

Membership may be suspended or ended for conduct or safety reasons. Refunds in those cases are at the discretion of chapter leadership and any decision is recorded with a reason.
