Membership Terms

Draft terms, pending attorney review. They describe how membership works today.

Conduct

Membership requires adherence to the Code of Light: no illegal activity; no violence, intimidation, hate, trafficking, theft, drug activity, or weapons offenses; ride sober and obey traffic laws; respect all people and resolve conflict peacefully; keep finances transparent; and never use the club name for unlawful conduct. We are an RC, never an MC. We make no territory claims.

Review and status

All applications are reviewed by authorized chapter leadership. Acceptance is never guaranteed, and paying dues does not create membership, leadership, ownership, or any entitlement. Leadership may place an application in review, request more information, waitlist, decline, or suspend a membership for conduct or safety reasons, with an internal reason recorded.

Rides and safety

Organized rides take place only after insurance, qualified road leadership, route review, and any required permits are in place. Riders must have a valid license and endorsement, current registration and insurance, and complete a safety orientation before riding with the chapter.

The organization

Brahmavira RC LLC (Utah) — formation in progress. Brahmavira RC LLC (Utah) is in formation; registration is not represented as complete until confirmed. Brahmavīra RC is affiliated with Premah but is a separate entity from Premah, which the owner describes as a church/nonprofit. Membership dues are payments for membership and benefits — they are not charitable donations and are not represented as tax-deductible.

Dues and recurring monthly plans

Dues are membership fees. They are not equity, an investment, a loan, or a tax-deductible charitable contribution, and they carry no promise of financial return. Price and billing cadence are disclosed before checkout. Recurring monthly plans — including the Saturday Premah Dance benefit — bill automatically each month to the payment method you provide until you cancel. Cancelling stops future monthly charges; access to the benefit ends at the close of the paid period. To cancel, contact your chapter leader or email us, and see cancellation and refunds.

Benefits, schedule, and venue

Membership benefits may change with notice. The monthly dance benefit is a membership benefit, not a per-event ticket, and does not guarantee any fixed number of Saturday gatherings in a month. Event schedule, timing, and venue (including Ganesha Temple) may change, and gatherings may be rescheduled or cancelled.

Premah allocation

Brahmavīra designates 10% of collected membership dues to support Premah's spiritual and service mission. This is an internal organizational allocation made by Brahmavīra and is not a representation that a member personally donated 10% of their payment to Premah, nor that any payment is charitable or tax-deductible. Nothing here is legal or tax advice.

Liability waiver placeholder

A liability waiver will be adopted after attorney approval. The acknowledgement collected today is a clearly marked placeholder and is not a binding waiver of any right.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here and announced to members before they take effect.
